eDiscovery Sales Consultant for Technology Firm in NYC Lenmar Consulting - New York, NY3.5 5 hours agoFull-time$50,000 - $80,000 a year Save Education * Bachelor's Degree Skills * Time Management * Sales Experience eDiscovery Sales Consultant for Technology Firm in NYC Overview: * The eDiscovery Sales Consultant will be tasked with identifying, pursuing and closing sales for all product offerings and technology services. * This position has a core responsibility of providing competitive end to end solutions to clients during all stages of the litigation life cycle- this includes forensic data collection and consulting services, eDiscovery hosted software and related services, information governance software and services, and traditional litigation support services. What You Will Do: * Identify the key drivers of value for the customer, articulate the value of our solutions and, differentiate products and services in the marketplace. * Sell complete e-discovery and litigation support services to Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments Promote and educate clients regarding our products and services and leverage key competitors into the sales process to generate value-based solutions. * Maintain company visibility, manage relationships and execute on opportunities that drive growth and revenue to. * Manage client expectations in liaison with product and services managers. * Work effectively as a team member and facilitate the sales opportunity by providing leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively facilitate the sales process. What You Will Need: * Minimum Bachelor's degree; JD not mandatory but considered a plus, along with experience at major law firm or corporate legal department. * Ability to interact with senior corporate lawyers and business leaders. * Familiarity eDiscovery technology and document review terminology a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Effective time management skills.
