Description

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Piomelli Lab, mainly in scientific research but also lab administration. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining a breeding colony of transgenic mice; genotyping transgenic pups using molecular biology techniques such as DNA isolation and quantification, PCR, and gel electrophoresis techniques; collecting data; and ordering and maintaining an inventory of lab supplies.The University of California, Irvine is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer advancing inclusive excellence.
