Due to the rapid growth in these sectors, we are looking for a Marketing/Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a Marketing/Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: � Maintain the companys social media pages (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, & Facebook) � Utilize marketing software, such as Constant Contact and Snov.io, Beep2B, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc, � Draft marketing e-mails, ads, and promotions � Maintain an organized marketing tracker to track progress � Searching for quality candidates that fit our open job postings for our clients and utilizing various resources (CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) � Writing and posting all job orders within our database and on the various job board sites we use � Work with both internal and external researchers to ensure that research is being produced and distributed in a timely manner � Import information into our database and perform data entry as required � Maintain an organized tracker for all postings and research � Assist the recruiters as needed with a writing job orders, candidate summaries, proposals and contracts, and templates as needed � Generate job leads for the Account Managers to call on and constantly be finding new ways to generate more business for the company � Serve as an assistant to the President, completing assigned tasks as needed Parkesburg Secretary Job Marketing Administrative Assistant Job Requirements Qualifications: � Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business preferred (other degrees welcomed to apply!) � Excellent skills with Microsoft Software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. � Familiarity with marketing techniques (a plus, but not required) � Familiarity with LinkedIn and CareerBuilder (a plus, but not required) � Motivated and driven to succeed and grow within the company � High level of organization and communication skills Benefits: � Medical Insurance, Simple SEP, LT disability, and Life Insurance � Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions � Promotional contests � Growth Potential � Training
