Our in-house developed software and services help drive hundreds of clinical trial studies across the globe. This internship position will report to the Director of Software Quality. Here you will learn and assist with testing efforts along with creating software user guides. You will obtain real world experience in a software development organization and work in an agile setting in the heart of Downtown LA. Responsibilities: * Strong documentation and communication skills within a team environment. * Collaborate with engineering and SQA to quickly grasp product concepts quickly. * Provide error-free technically and grammatically accurate high-quality documentation. * Work on documentation tasks assigned based on priority and complete doc-assignments within given deadlines.
