Community Manager, Intern Pop Inc. - Santa Monica, CA Full-timeEstimated: $42,000 - $55,000 a year Save Skills * Driving Experience Pop is where you connect with your real-life communities. We are searching for a dedicated community manager intern to support our growth team and help to cultivate strong communities in Pop. This will include: Community Support and execute strategies to launch and grow healthy communities on Pop Responsible for managing numerous social accounts and posting content to ensure key traction and engagement goals are met Conceptualize new ways to provide value for the community Develop content specific to each community to help increase user experience Support our growth team in community engagement efforts working closely with our Head of Growth to execute successful campaigns Monitoring, Reporting Analytics Keep abreast of social conversations around launches Help monitor communities via tracking tools, conducting analysis on key metrics and sharing that internally, sharing reports regularly Monitor hot topics, launches, and elevate emerging/trending conversations and elevate to appropriate internal teams Be data-driven in everything from determining community interests as well as best practices for posting, or measuring how to impact engagement Open to joining full-time or eventually moving from part-time to full-time Previous design experience Proven experience driving community engagement and developing community strategy Attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and spoken Strong organization skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment / previous experience in a startup Passion for education, design, and creative work Save
