Our Opening and Your Responsibilities: Our Service Sales team is currently looking for a Bilingual Specialist who can proactively contact current service contract customers to qualify all contract data listed including account and end-user information, applicable services, required preventive maintenance schedule, active equipment lists as well as obtaining a form of payment and renewing the contract. This will help you assure contract and contact database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within the CRM. Also within this role, you will: Meet and exceed agreed upon objectives including but not limited to renewal rate, productivity, and up-sell/cross-sell revenue goals. Execute outbound renewal activities and accurately manage and record data generated from these efforts; you would also manage incoming calls from customers that are in response to your renewal efforts. Accurately and quickly provide pricing and detailed information to the end user in regards to the customer's current service contract. Understand and be able to effectively communicate the service solutions that are present on the current contract to ensure that you are meeting the customer's business needs. Assist manager and senior management by providing monthly updates about recurring process challenges that require a proactive approach, or trends that suggest alternate customer approaches, through participation in a monthly team meeting. Continuously communicate with other teams to improve our service processes and constantly promote cross-team collaboration. What You Need to Succeed: An Associate's Degree is preferred with experience in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing. Outbound call center experience or telesales skills are desirable. A competitive-natured personality with the desire to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision making and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication skills.
