Res Aide Miller B New Position ICF Homes Berwyn, PA Full Time � Night Shift � Thurs, Fri and Sat 11p-9a Week 1 Hours: Thurs, Fri and Sat 11p-9a Week 2 Hours: Thurs, Fri and Sat 11p-9a Job Details * High School/GED * General Responsibilities * Assumes related duties and responsibilities to provide programming through a thorough understanding and promotion of active treatment whilealso accepting responsibility for the health, safety, welfare and growth for all individuals receiving services in the ICF/MR programs. Providecontinuous active treatment program that allows individuals to gain and maintain their skills and prevent regression. * Basic Qualifications * Education/Training * High School Diploma * Certifications/Licensure * U.S. state valid driver's license and minimum age of Twenty-One (21) years old. Must be capable of attaining approved Melmark driver status. Successful completion of employer provided certification in, CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention is required. * Skill(s) * Ability to follow procedures and programs relevant to teaching and programming strategies. Successful completion of employer provided certification in CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention. Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, asking questions as appropriate. Spoken/written communication: Speaking with others in English to convey information effectively; ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through English spoken words and sentences; ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing; ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand. * Experience * A minimum of one year experience in related field preferred; possesses a minimum of two years driving experience holding a US drivers license *
