Then we would love for you to apply to AK Behavioral Health Clinic. We serve individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and individuals with traumatic brain injury. We are a boutique service provider, that focuses on quality services versus quantity. We are looking for Behavior Analysis Therapist or Registered Behavior Technicians to serve individuals and families, in-clinic/office, in-school, in-home/community settings, across Osceola. Part-time hours are between 7:30 am-1:30 pm or 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm depending on the client. Full-time hours may be available. JOB SUMMARY: Assist developing and implementing behavior programming (skill acquisition and replacement behavior skills) while ensuring linkage with support plan goals. Provide and coordinate behavior analysis services that enable the clients served to achieve their goals and increase their independence. Responsible for the overall quality of behavior services for all individuals in the program. Promote programs to enhance and increase the client's' independence. Self-monitor training records to ensure that all required certifications/validations are current. Follow, model, and be able to train others in all AK Behavioral Health Clinic, and programmatic policies and procedures. All other duties and projects as assigned or requested by the supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma and 2 years of experience providing direct services to individuals with mental health disorders, and/or developmental disabilities. OR Associates Degree or higher in behavior analysis or associated field, and be willing to acquire the Registered Behavior Technician Credential. Acceptance of philosophy and goals of the Organization. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment. Reliable transportation. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
