The Mech Eng would help in design, building and research work for new dryer types as a collaboration with other engineers. This is a 'hands on' position for a person with good understanding of physics, chemistry, electronics and mechanical processes. From table top experimental units to full scale commercial working prototypes, the position is best suited for a creative person who loves to think outside the box. Pay scale will depend upon experience, but this position is designed for a recent graduate or someone with a few years work experience. Ideally a farm background could stand out, with a history of working on large and productive equipment. The new lab will be in Chanhassen, MN. It is preferred to find someone who lives in the Twin Cities, but not excluding relocation with the right resume. The position comes with upside.
