Reporting toa Recruitment Manager or Team Lead, the Recruitment Coordinator is
responsiblefor supporting a team of Recruiters throughout the recruitment
process andensuring a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and
all otherpartners. You will manage workflows and the recruitment cycle through
theapplicant tracking database (Taleo) to ensure all steps are completed
andaligned with the Bank's recruitment process.
Developa knowledge of the applicant tracking system (Taleo), as well as workingknowledge of the Contact Management System (CMS).
Processexpertise on posting positions internally, externally and to the relevant jobboards used by recruitment teams.
Partnerwith Recruiters to ensure the timely and accurate posting of positions.
Ensurethe seamless scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers andinterview teams. Coordinate candidate travel if applicable.
Occasionallygreet and escort candidates in the Bank offices.
Deliverextraordinary customer service to hiring managers, candidates and recruitmentteam.
Createa positive experience for candidates and stakeholders through professionalverbal and written communication, and by ensuring they have accurate and timelyinformation to complete necessary documentation.
Administeronboarding and pre-hire process for selected candidates, including coordinationof the background process.
Ensurethat the applicant tracking system (Taleo) and the Contact Management System(CMS) are consistently and effectively used to ensure accurate recruitment metricsand compliance.
Demonstratea general understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Makerecommendations on administrative process improvements.
You will typically have a Bachelor's degree, and 2+ years of human resources or administrative experience.
He/she should be a standout colleague who values accountability, integrity, quality, and has a proven sense of urgency.
