Staffing Specialist (Overland Park, KS) Benefit Communication Insourcing - Overland Park, KS3.8 Full-timeEstimated: $32,000 - $42,000 a year Save Skills * Network * Sourcing * ATS * HR Sourcing * Recruiting The Staffing Specialist is responsible for assisting the recruiting department with full-cycle recruiting which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates based on the unique needs of each position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Participate in candidate sourcing efforts. Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews. Post job ads on ATS and professional job sites. Manage candidates information in ATS. Create presentation packets. Assist with the onboarding of new employees to include coordinating drug screens and background checks, required medical-record documentation, and compliance training. Participates in the development and implementation of a successful recruiting vision/strategy for the company. Maintains awareness of current trends in recruitment and employment market. Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers by providing excellent service, advice, direction, and feedback throughout the complete selection process. Assist licensing coordinator as needed. Performs all other tasks, as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Proven work experience in HR, including full-cycle recruiting, focused sourcing experience, and networking of active and passive candidates. Familiarity with an applicant tracking system preferred. Basic Microsoft Office skills required. Save
