This is a highly diverse position for a high energy individual who thrives on having several balls in the air at all times. This person will oversee, coordinate and support all aspects of data management, and IT. This will include frequent communications with all departments and collaboration with various teams within the firm to effectively collect and process client and firm data, build reports to satisfy client requests, monitor and improve automated processes and oversee and support the IT Support desk. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management * Organize infrastructure and programming project activities into manageable work efforts for team members, and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plan within deadline * Establish and manage the program management infrastructure. This includes management processes (including change management), plans, procedures, tools, and goal setting, etc * Present project updates to management * Manage and communicate a clear project scope and motivate team members * Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project inter-dependencies/conflicts * Monitor and report on project activities and reporting on statuses within published timelines * Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables * Identify, prepare, and/or ensure completion of high quality, professional deliverables as required by each project plan * Responsible for the data processing teams daily activities in supporting our clients needs Data Management and Data Processing * Manage the integrity of client and consumer information in industry specific software (JST CollectMax), Access database, MySQL database. Excel, etc. * Manage and oversee automated uploading of information and documentation to and from FTP sites, importing and exporting and maintenance of data in industry specific software, Access database, MySQL database. Excel, etc. * Oversee process automation projects * Perform research to support data integrity efforts and manage data maintenance projects * Responsible for data collection of updated or missing documentation, etc. * Responsible for teams letter and document production and meeting appropriate deadlines as a team. * Work closely with various departments to coordinate automation efforts * Works with the Audit and Compliance department in enforcing client and internal P&Ps and ensuring that every member of the data management team understands and adheres to those P&Ps * Create and maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and respond to requests for ad hoc reports when necessary * Work with JST CollectMax and other supporting applications to improve firm processes IT and IT Support * Oversees, under the direction of an outside consultant, the support desk staff * Ensures all internal IT needs are met, including Windows 10 troubleshooting and support * Server maintenance and support * Hardware and software upgrades * General maintenance and inventory REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors or equivalent relevant experience in place of degree * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite * Solid knowledge of Windows based networking protocols * Demonstrated proficiently in several coding/programming languages * Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and meet assigned deadlines * Ability to multitask and organize/prioritize workload effectively * Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively as required Thank you for apply! -The Moore Law Group Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Information Technology: 7 years (Preferred) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Work authorization: * United States (Required) Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Retirement plan * Paid time off * Flexible schedule * Parental leave Save
