Posted on IT Director - Ecommerce Bayone Solutions in Katy, TX, USA Job Position- Director - IT Ecommerce Development Location- Katy, TX Full Time/ Direct Placement Interview Mode- Skype + F2F (Expenses Paid) Job Requirements: * Develop and execute strategies for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), including organic and paid search. * Led the development and execution of all e-Commerce strategies with a focus on driving website conversions. * Engaged with Sales to build key internal and external partnerships and enhance customer experience, UI, site design, order fulfillment and optimization/ efficiency of online businesses. * Leveraged e-Commerce tools and technologies to develop and execute an effective e-Commerce strategy. * Revenue Generation. * Responsible for the financial performance of the business including setting sales targets, setting the budget, shipping & pricing strategies, fraud mitigation, identifying trends for growth and exceptional customer services. * Accountable for business performance review: quarterly budget & P&L meetings, alignment with Marketing to drive traffic, vendor negotiations, operational plans to support sales growth, and partnering with IT to meet business needs. * Partnered with IT technical staff to design and implement solutions. * Solid Understanding of Technical skills * Web applications and programming languages including HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and APIs * PHP and/or JAVA * CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, and/or Drupal * Web libraries and frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, Angular, Polymer, Closure or Backbone * Understanding of UX, SEO/SEM and accessibility best practices * Experience with Ajax, XML, XSLT a plus Report Job Posted date: 10 hours ago
