About The Role Treasury is a function within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Finance organization that supports senior leadership in actively managing their balance sheet, Capital and Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Liquidity, Asset & Liability Management (ALM) which includes Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Interest Rate Risk (IRR), across the respective lines of business. The CCB Treasury Controllers team is responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of Treasury financials and controls, communicating CCB views of monthly and quarterly forecasts and actuals, annual budget/mid-year reporting and stress testing (CCAR/ICAAP/Risk Appetite). It is a unique and critical mix of reporting, analytics and project management in an ever-changing regulatory environment The VP position will join the CCB Treasury Controllers team, supporting ALM and Liquidity for CCB. Responsibilities will include: * Lead a team responsible for FTP reporting for Card, Auto and Consumer and Business Banking lines of business, including weekly, monthly actuals. * Responsible for FTP reporting during forecast and stress testing cycles, including Risk Appetite, ICAAP, and CCAR. Partner with the Capital and Liquidity Controller teams to ensure forecasts are consistent and streamlined * Oversee daily and monthly Liquidity reporting deliverables for CCB * Liaison with lines of business (LOB) Controllers, P&A, Corporate Treasury, CIO Treasury, CCB Treasury Analytics and CFO groups on funding execution requests, framework changes and other Corporate and senior management deliverables * Oversight and coordination of Columbus team's deliverables, responsible for completing various control checks, reconciliations, variance analysis * Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives Working in CCB Treasury Controllers will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work in an area of the Firm that covers the spectrum of asset classes & financial/banking products. The position offers visibility into various products across the bank as well as the unique opportunity to understand firm initiatives from a broad perspective. There is extensive partnership with colleagues within the various lines of businesses and Corporate functions. Qualifications: Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other technical field * 7 years of relevant work experience in a related finance, or treasury function * Self-starting leader with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, able to work well in fast-paced, results-driven environment * Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with a track record of execution against deliverables * Strong judgment, professional maturity, proactive, has the confidence to challenge the status quo and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously * Excellent communication and partnering skills, ability to interact with employees at all tenure levels and work with a team to accomplish common goals * Control/efficiency mindset and drive to challenge and change * Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Knowledge of retail banking and products, a plus * Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and Tableau would be an added advantag e Position Type: Full Time Employer: J.P.
