Human Resources Intern Company: JF Restaurants Location: New York Posted on: July 16, 2019 Job Description: The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for: Coordinating onboarding for new hires and helping complete new hire paperwork--Scanning files into our online systemPreparing documents for new hire orientationRecruitment trackingConducting reference checksMaintaining employee files and data organizationCoordinating/organizing interviewsSupport F&B Department heads in administrative duties (facilities maintenance tracking, invoice input and coding, managing calendars, costing of recipes using software, and payroll)Other tasks as assigned by the Director of HR and Executive Chef The Human Resources Intern should be a current student or recent graduate with an interest in human resources, hospitality, and food service. Strong candidates will have some HR internship experience, be detail oriented, able to multi-task, great with excel, independent, and have excellent phone/verbal/written communication.
