To provide high quality, timely, and cost-effective staffing support and exceptional customer service to hiring managers and recruiters. To understand and support the recruiting needs of the Employment Recruiter-Coordinator by developing a well-qualified candidate pool/skills data base. Prescreen applicants in accordance with federal and state laws and Covenant Health policies and procedures.
Minimum of up to two (0-2) years recruiting or interviewing experience. Proven ability to interact effectively with a variety of people. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to meet varying customer needs and to juggle multiple priorities daily. Exceptional organizational skills. Basic personal computer and word processing skills. Ability to work in teams.
Non specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a Bachelorrsquo;s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university.
