Job Summary: We are looking for a highly visible and organized professional to serve as the central point of contact for the Human Resources department and join our team in a fast paced environment! The ideal candidate will assist applicants and new employees, provide support for onboarding processes and answer day-to-day operational questions of the Human Resources department. Must demonstrate a customer service mindset. Campus: Conference Center Classification: Staff Position Type: Full-time Curricular: If Faculty, Contract Length: Job Code Number: 3535F-7-19 Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. One year experience in a high volume recruitment environment. Experience utilizing Human Resource Information Systems including experience with an applicant tracking system. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization. The ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and professional levels. Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Ability to organize and perform diversified responsibilities on one's own initiative with minimal supervision. Must be sensitive to handling confidential information in a professional and discreet manner. Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of experience in Human Resources preferred. Banner experience preferred.
