Our services range from bill pay, cash flows and expense monitoring, financial reporting, and analysis, and various other financial and administrative projects. We are looking for an energetic and resourceful part-time professional; someone who enjoys solving problems and gets energized working on multiple engagements, including handling special client requests. You must be great with details, very organized, a self-starter, and adaptable as the needs of our clients change. This is a great opportunity to join a growing high-end accounting practice in a dynamic and challenging role while on a part-time schedule. We have offices throughout the Bay Area and are flexible in what schedule you may want to work. Duties and Responsibilities: Process AP for multiple clients using different accounting systems Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies Categorize bank and credit card transactions Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Provide support on special project or additional duties when needed Maintain accurate and timely financial information as well as process monthly, quarterly and year end close Monitor and advise on cash position including transfers and intercompany work. Reconcile and analyze bank/brokerage accounts as well as private equity and hedge fund capital statements Qualifications: Current enrollment in Associate's or Bachelor's program pursuing Business, Accounting or Finance Proficient at Microsoft Excel Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organization skills Positive attitude and approach to issue resolution This position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.
