-Design and Implement a universal identity system that will revolutionize the healthcare industry.
-Work with the product team to contribute to building and defining product strategy.
-Own, measure, and improve the customer acquisition, conversion an engagement funnel across applications.
-Work via scrum process with super motivated engineers, project managers and QA folks.
-Define the cross platform UX and flows to unify and align the Rally product suite.
-Improve user experience by using feedback from support and key Rally partners and clients.
-Lead implementation of operational enhancements and assist in triaging incoming production defects
-2+ years of experience working with consumers in a Product management role.
-Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, math, data, statistics, financial planning and analysis, or similar fields.
-Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
-Collaborate. Work across teams (e.g. engineering, design, business development, product, sales, marketing, security, legal) to solve myriad complex problems in a creative and thoughtful way..
-Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
-Ability to keep business and strategic goals top of mind while prioritizing daily work needs.
-Self motivated, Innovative, and willing to roll up your sleeves to do whatever is necessary.
-Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
-Have intermediate knowledge of SQL.
-Have advanced knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets.
-Have advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Librato, Splunk, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude.
-Have previous healthcare experience.
-Understand REST protocols, Authentication/Authorization protocols and web services.
-1+ years working in an Agile environment.
-Experience building highly scalable applications, serving millions of users and hundreds of transactions per second.
-Working knowledge of JIRA is helpful.
