We want people who question if we need a box, how to get rid of the box, and what the box will look like 100 years from now. -- 3 areas of opportunity: the nuts and bolts Design an engaging social media and content strategy for the UNBOX brand, ideating posts and daily content that capture the perspective, mission, and value of the UNBOX brand as well as its partner brands. Collaborate with growth, design, and marketing teams to optimize exposure, measurable growth, and conversion. Develop and maintain a cadence and ongoing calendar for social media channels, organizing around partnerships, product launches, events, and other initiatives. Ensure daily posts are on brand, aligned to company and brand initiatives, and consistent across channels. Even better if you have some design and/or photoshop experience. Respond to consumers and their inbound/inquiries in an authentic, conversational voice and timely manner while finding proactive ways to creatively engage them. Drive awareness to our brand through regular postings and shareable content. 3 areas of excellence: the stuff you're great at You are a creator and consumer of content. Whether it be writing, reading, or designing of any kind, you derive energy from creative opportunities. You love sharing your voice and finding new ways to engage diverse audiences. You organize everything. Your most opened apps are Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube followed by your To Do List and Calendar. You know every social trend, when to post, how to post, how to engage, and how to generate coverage. More importantly, you do it with measurement in mind. You communicate regularly, succinctly, and thoroughly.
