MAG Aerospace Senior Acquisition Analyst in Lexington Park, Maryland
This position supports the PMA-266 Business and Operations IPT in Lexington Park, MD. The primary support required includes acquisition planning, acquisition documentation development and reviews, program support, strong inter- and intra-team communication skills, resource planning, and acquisition and briefing support for UAS platforms.
The Acquisition Analyst will be an integrated part of the IPT and perform, acquisition support, development and review of documentation, and the ability to help recommend/develop acquisition strategies, plans and courses of actions for PMA programs.
Possess intermediate level experience and familiarity with DoD 5000 Life Cycle and terminology.
Act as the Liaison for PMA-266 acquisition between AIR-1.1 and other outside entities.
Basic knowledge of acquisition documentation and be able to review and provide recommendations to the IPTs within the PMA.
Be able to establish communications with leadership and PEO for taskers the PMA needs to respond to/complete.
Create and manage team presentations provided to internal teams, prime contractors and their subs, as well as senior acquisition and Department of the Navy leadership, as required.
Bachelors degree in a business related discipline and a minimum of fourteen (14) years of business/acquisition related experience is required.
Be an excellent communicator, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, possess acquisition and data analysis skills and have acquisition/analysis related experience.
