Description

We are looking for a dedicated, client-focused Project Coordinator Intern to work with our Project Management team on web development projects as well as custom application projects. 

There is potential for a full-time position, dependent on success in this role. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities, with the supervision of the Project Manager: 

- Communication with clients 

- Setup project environment and project management tools, including Basecamp, Harvest and TeamWorks 

- Assist in creating and tracking against a project plan 

-Creating and updating project documentation 

- Testing site releases 

- Scheduling meetings 

Requirements

Requirements: 

- Independent self-starter 

- Attentive to detail 

- Comfortable working on a team and collaborating with others to accomplish a task 

- Desire and willingness to learn 

- Proactively asks questions and conducts research to understand unfamiliar or unclear concepts 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities 

- Enjoys working with, meeting with and communicating often with clients 

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and professionally communicate in-person, verbally and in writing 

Nice to Haves: 

- Basic understanding of eCommerce, web development and/or mobile application development 

- Desire to work in and learn more about the web development space
