Description
Functional Food Center (FFC) is seeking interns who can help with updating FFC’s website, advertisements, conference badges, and design for conference and textbooks. This is a great opportunity to add to your resume and portfolio.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in the design and development of layouts for marketing materials
- Being responsible for incorporating current design trends into each unique layout to produce an up-to-date style for custom ads
- Updating the website and web page with new content and imaging
- Designing layout for abstract books and textbooks
- Designing handouts (badges, notebooks, bags, etc.) for conferences
Requirements
- University student or recent college graduate (Web/graphic design, Marketing, PR, Computer Science, or Communications-related majors are welcome to apply)
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of Mac OS and software upgrades and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- 15-20 hours/week - flexible schedule (200 hours in total)
- Must be currently residing in the United States
