Cindy Barbieri Anschutz from Cindy's Table and Anschutz PR is looking for an assistant with communication, social media, organizational skills and more. Tasks will change often help with the growth of her business.
Anschutz PR and Casting works with food bloggers, chefs, food products, cooking accessories and home. We are growing and need an assistant to help grow the company.
Skills with food is a plus but not necessary! Must pose excellent organizational and computer skills. Elements, Photoshop or other similar type skills a plus.
The PR assistant is a public relations position that works closely with Cindy in scheduling TV segments, appearances, demonstrations and coordination of her clients. Also, works with vendors/clients when scheduling events.to fulfill client needs. Ensure smooth running of the daily tasks and as it relates to Cindy's Table and Anschutz PR.
Schedule media segments with local and national TV for our clients.
This person will coordinate specific projects and assignments supervised by Cindy. This may include preparing sponsors, giveaways, social media, newsletters, email notifications, scheduling, website, presentations and schedules, and other tasks that may arise.
Other duties will include contacting media outlets to arrange press coverage, events and conferences. Research to become ambassadors and influencers of food products, cooking accessories and home.
The ideal candidate will be pursuing or already possess a bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or experience working at a local news outlet. The candidate should have strong writing, research and organization skills, be willing to adjust to a variety of client temperaments and personalities and be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time. You must have skills in gaining more exposure via social media. Working with sponsors and maintaining giveaways.
Attend meetings with sponsors and publicist to stay on track of all schedules and demonstrations.
Working with sponsors, follow ups and scheduling filming, segments, etc.
