Description

Seeking ambitious, driven, detail oriented, student candidates who will be mentored by a seasoned event planning professional and has the ability to train/work in a team educational environment. The candidate will demonstrate an ability to think creatively, strategically and communicate efficiently internally and externally.


Learning Objective: Candidates will learn and develop new specific skill(s), enhance their known skills and benefit from their personal educational learning experience by working along side cross teams of experienced professionals..


The internship program is 15 hours a week. The internship program will be held remotely.


The Internship program is for the student's benefit, only. The extent to which the intern and the employer understand that the internship is conducted without entitlement to a paid job at the conclusion of the internship.

Requirements

  • Candidate is working toward a degree in Business and Corporate Communications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Event Planning Internship experience.

Day to Day Life of a Pantsuit Professionals Event Planner Intern will include:


  • Research event planning logistics, vendors, resources, social media marketing, content creation, community outreach, public relations, brand management, advertising, communications.
  • Outreach company research
  • Candidate will have the ability to attend company sponsored networking events and meet pantsuit professional members and affiliates
