Description
As a Video Editor and Creator for Vendetta Sports Media you will help with editing videos. We do a variety of different video content. This includes Fantasy Football talks, video games, sports trivia, and podcasts. As a video editing intern you will help post produce the work by adding things like our logo into the video. We also encourage you to make your own types of videos through our platform. This can include, but is not limited to, interviews, video games, podcasts, etc.
You are still highly encouraged to try other aspects of journalism while you are with Vendetta Sports Media. Other beats you can try include podcasting, writing, etc. However, your primary work will be editing videos.
Note: Must have familiarity or previous background with video editing skills and programs.
Learning Objective: While you are with Vendetta Sports Media, we want you to learn how to edit videos efficiently. As well as learning how to create consistent content. We want to push you to be creative with your own journalistic style of video producing. You will also be able to learn how to coordinate with other team members effectively.
Please Note: This is an unpaid internship. Students are encouraged to apply for college credit.

Requirements
We are looking for ambitious candidates that are able to self-start articles or projects.
Has the ability to meet deadlines.
Works well with others.
Strong communication skills.
Has a keen sense of grammar, language, and spelling.
Is able to promote the Vendetta Sports Media work of yourself and others on social media.
Is currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing English, Journalism, Mass Media, or a similar field.
Recommended Skills:
Familiar with WordPress.
Can understand/ learn SEO optimization.
