We are seeking a Project coordinator intern to assist our team.


As project coordinator intern, you will work closely with our Project lead to prepare comprehensive action plans, time-frames and budgets for projects. You will assist in project documentation work across the company to prepare reports, communicate with internal and external partners, schedule/manage production needs and support production teams. Assist in leading cross-functional team in day-to-day activities and help deliver time estimates and requests quickly; set timelines for teams to follow based on client priorities and timelines

Basic Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines

Ability to prioritize and handle many projects at once

Very detail oriented with strong follow-through skills

Excellent organizational skills

Strong verbal/written communication skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Type: Internship

Compensation: The provisional intern term is 6 months. This is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 16 hours per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements. If the intern could hold the position very well, we may be able to offer a more permanent part-time position with compensation.
