A very successful Staffing/Recruitment Firm located in Brooklyn, NY is looking for full-time/part-time (minimum of 25 hours weekly) motivated and high energy Remote/Outside Sales to join our team. You must possess a sales driven personality.

Looking for motivated and high energy sales personnel to join our team. We are a fun, flexible, entrepreneurial company with high standards looking for individuals who want to work hard and find success in the exciting and growing staffing and recruiting industry.


We provide full training and support to enhance your careers. Due to COVID-19 all training and support will be conducted remotely.


Responsibilities of the Remote/Outside Sales

· Being able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and balance outbound & inbound phone calls, email communications, and detailed database entries

· Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with prospective and existing clients to describe job details, pay, and benefits

· Generating a high quality pipeline of potential client by making a high volume of calls daily

· Working in a fast paced, deadline sensitive business

· Providing excellent client service

· Outside Sales personnel will customarily be going outside of the office, soliciting new clients/sales


Characteristics of a successful Recruiter/Outside Sales

· Must be computer savvy

· Competitive nature

· A sales/recruiter background

· Dedicated hard-worker

· Independent

· Persuasive/Persistent

· Critical thinker

· Strong negotiating skills

· Good communication skills

· Must be a go-getter

· Able to handle potential customer objections


Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Required)

Hours per week:

  • 20-29

Paid Training:

  • No

Management:

  • Team Lead

Typical start time:

  • 10 AM ET

Typical end time:

  • 4 PM ET
