Core Responsibilities: 

Source prospects and generate new leads through cold calls and emails

Initiate the business cycle

Assist with creative brainstorming sessions 

Act as a liaison between our company and our clients through e-mail and telephone 

Assist with company research and perform analysis on prospective clients 

Keep track of deadlines and daily to-do lists 

Track the activities, progress, and status of multiple projects 

Manage calendar and organize meetings, appointments, and events 

Assist with company’s marketing materials, website design and branding 

Develop presentations and webinars

Assist in creating and editing content relevant to our mission and clients 

The ideal candidate will have an interest in working for a startup business, a “can do” attitude, solid writing and analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude. Due to the remote capability of this position, you will need your own computer and internet access. 

Hours: Hours are flexible. Average is minimum 15 hours a week with maximum of 20 hours during peak periods. This is an unpaid internship and students will receive college credit. 

Start Date: Position is open until filled and requires a semester commitment.
