We are seeking a talented Project manager intern to assist our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with agenda preparation, document meeting notes, action item list tracking and reporting.

Work with the following departments to assess ongoing needs and manage timelines:

Assist creative team create campaign promotion plan with producers & work with media planning to finalize

Social and digital – collaborate to plan for creation of custom content, and strategy for rollout process and manage deadlines for custom shoots and content creation.

Consumer Marketing - stay on top of delivery deadlines for off-channel marketing, while collaborating with the research team to ensure specific promos are hitting target markets.

Assist the team to prepare agendas

Create meeting notes

Create/update action item lists

Project Reporting

Promo Plans

Marketing Calendars

Review Sites

Basic Qualifications:

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with organization, prioritization and the ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to work well within an interdepartmental and collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Internship

Compensation: The provisional intern term is 6 months. This is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 16 hours per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements. If the intern could hold the position very well, we may be able to offer a more permanent part-time position with compensation.
