Description

- Plan and execute social media strategies on relevant social media channels and marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

- Assist generate, edit, publish and share daily Video content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

- Record desktop computer screens and actions for videos

- Use existing footages to produce new videos

- Set up and optimize campaigns to increase the visibility of a company’s social content

- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

- Create editorial calendars and post/schedule content on relevant social channels

- Continuously improve strategies by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then determining how to move forward

- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

- Coordinate with the design team to create needed content
