Interns will work remotely for two days of the week and come into the office one day a week for coaching and check-ins. They will have several proposals to choose from to perfect and polish and then will have the authority and responsibility to contact and try to sell the initiative to elected or appointed officials around the country (and maybe even the world) to implement the policy.
