Description
We have late Fall/Winter internships available for fashion design majors or recent graduates with intermediate sewing and draping skills to assist in preparing our sample collection for presentation and photography.
We are a very small artisanal design house doing everything in-house from sketching, draping, flat patterning, cutting, and sample production. Our specialty is cocktail and evening wear.
You should:

Requirements
The internship is for academic credit or experience only.
The hours are flexible but internships are generally 3-5 weekdays per week and for a minimum of 12 weeks.
To be considered you must:
Provide a link to your portfolio showing work that you have personally constructed and sewn.
Include your availability
This is a terrific opportunity to get real hands on experience doing everything involved in putting together a small collection.
Our workroom is located in Brooklyn Heights, one stop from Manhattan
Convenient to many subway lines: 4, 5, 2, 3, R, A, & C.
