Summary: Lions Visions Productions has relocated to our first official studio suite. Our small, but growing media production company is looking for a dedicated Studio Assistant to join our media family. The ideal candidate is a self starter who will help us to transition, lead the studio brand /client experience and manage general studio management tasks. Our goal is to always give our clients a red carpet experience when they visit the LVP Studios. When our clients walk into our studio, they should feel welcomed, taken care of and respected. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a very strong work ethic.

Requirements
DUTIES:
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive, offer hospitality and connect them with the appropriate party
- Manage Equipment Inventory and Implement Tracking System
- Assist Production Assistant in studio as needed
- Schedule and Manage Studio Calendar
- Prepare equipment transport report & pull and organize shoot equipment
- Manage and update project tracking system
- Answer the phone in a timely manner, document messages and direct calls to the correct offices
- Manage both digital and hard copy studio filing systems
- Manage office supply and equipment inventory
- Maintain the visual aesthetics of the office
- Assure all guests follow COVID-19 safety protocols
- Organize schedules
- Act as a liaison between the public and company
- As a front line asset, Represent the company upholding its brand markers at all times: 100% quality services, 100% professionalism, 100% customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Drivers License
- Own vehicle or access to a reliable vehicle
- Authentic, Honest, Trustworthy, reliable, detail oriented and overtly organized
- Ability to multitask in high pressure circumstances while meeting deadlines
- Current Student or Recent Graduate
- Some experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of MAC IOS systems
- Ability to maintain an organized filing system
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Experience with TRELLO Management system or willing to learn
- Working knowledge of media, film production language
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
