What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Design, Creative and logistics for special event WINTER WISHES at 223 Main on December 21-Lemont, IL
  • Work with our founder to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas for all our social platforms.
  • We're looking for you to take on a client's social media page this week!
  • MUST BE CREATIVE
  • MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND EVENT on December 21 from 3PM (set up) to 10PM (breakdown)
  • MUSTBE ABLE TO HELP SET-UP on December 22nd (hours will vary)
  • HIGHLY RECOMMEND meeting prior to event
  • DUTIES DAY OF EVENT:
  1. Set-up/Break-down
  2. Greet guests
  3. Work with Event Coordinator and wait staff on site to make sure everything goes smoothly
  4. Encourage guests to take photos at selfie station
  5. Help sell raffle tickets/t-shirts, etc.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EXTREMELY Instagram & Facebook-savvy.
  • Ability to go LIVE on Instagram/FB at event
  • Great eye and passion for art
  • Ability to do research and create content for a client
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Images are provided to you, but you're welcome to work with our design team on specifics for our clients
  • Ability to multitask, think critically, problem-solve, and be creative and flexible
  • A desire to learn, grow, and a passion for moving things forward
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Event is FORMAL and FORMAL attire must be worn at event
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO attend event on December 21, 2023
