Lions Vision Productions is seeking a highly energetic individual to be apart of our production crew.

Lions Vision Productions is a New Jersey based multimedia production company that produces videography (movies, tv shows, shorts, movies, digital content, commercial marketing videos), photography and events.

LVP Crew Members are an integral part of the team. The responsibility of the crew members are to support the productions in every facet. Our crew is more like family. Our goal in selecting crew members is to assemble a diverse cast of people who all bring something different to the team. Therefore, we do our best to assure that each person is working best matched to their assets, abilities and interest.

When assigning for a crew position, we do so based on your individual talents, capabilities and ultimate goal.
The ideal crew member will be able to meet these requirement:
- Available to work some weekends
- valid drivers license
- able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Extreme interest in the arts
- High school diploma\
- Knowledge and experience of production sets (A PLUS)
- Specific knowledge of any aspect of media (A PLUS)
- DSLR Camera knowledge (A PLUS)
- Works well with others
- Must have reliable transportation
- Task and outcome focused
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment
- Willingness to follow direction
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills
- Determination and a passion for film production
