Join our team of passionate, friendly, highly skilled meeting professionals as our newest Meeting Coordinator. You will work directly with the operations team on all facets of corporate meeting planning from business development and site selection to the planning process and program reconciliation.
The position is approximately 3-4 months with the opportunity to interview for a Part or Full-Time Meeting Planner position based on performance.
Supporting with Meeting Planning tasks including but not limited to:
Air Travel Coordination
Supporting with Business Development tasks including but not limited to:
Social Media Management
Marketing Material Development
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills.
Ability to provide proactive, creative solutions that exceed expectations.
Extraordinary attention to detail.
Learns quickly and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
Willingness and ability to cope well with time pressures and competing priorities.
Experience working on the Microsoft platform (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
