BASED MEDIA BROOKLYN is an OTT media production company startup based in Brooklyn, NY. Developing and producing various shows and docuseries for our four separate and distinct channels: BASED MEDIA BROOKLYN, THE PLANT BASED REVIEW, SQUASHED, & UNBASED.
Each channel has a distinct personality comprised of unbiased global and local news, plant based lifestyle, vegan innovation, comedy, cartoons, immersive journalism, tech, gaming, nostalgia, fandom, extreme sports, music, culture, people, politics, & places.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Devising strategies to drive online traffic and views to the company website and production channels
-Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to social media strategy
-Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
-Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
-Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
-Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
-Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
-Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
-Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
This is an unpaid internship, with a monthly stipend for MTA subway. Free meals will be provided at the studio.
- Proficient English speaker and writer
- Have to be based locally in the NYC area
