Description

Experience Champions QUEST!

The Champion's QUEST Varsity and College Prep Athlete Academy is the largest independent private school for athletic development in the country dedicated exclusively to student-athletes. In fact, Champions QUEST is the only true year-round sports performance school for ages 5-18! We combine 1) the power of functional athletic performance training 2) elite sports skill knowledge 3) mental toughness and sports psychology and 4) college recruiting guidance to help our athletes reach peak performance and attain their goals. Champions QUEST takes a complete, holistic approach to building our athletes.

MISSION & PURPOSE: The goal of Champions QUEST and the Athlete Performance Coach is to assure that every enrolled athlete achieves his or her full potential physically, technically, and mentally. This position is critical in accomplishing our goal by mentoring, managing and instructing athletes in a positive and professional manner. We believe that accomplishing our goal in this way will lead to the success of our athletes, the satisfaction of our athletes parents, and the personal and financial fulfillment of our professional coaching staff.

Our athletes (5-18 years old) enroll through the entire year and most have the goal of playing in college. We have sent roughly 300 athletes to college sports to date! We are growing so we need to grow our professional staff to help more athletes accomplish their goals as well. We are currently looking for coaches with a Kinesiology/science-type degree who are past Collegiate or Professional athletes that can specialize in coaching and advising youth athletes.

**Outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial spirit is a must (as our career path and comp plan supports these traits).
