Test My Metrics is a Newport Beach, CA tech startup hiring entry-level employees to start work immediately. The job will be focused on creating and managing the content for our topic focused consumer websites. Employees will be tasked with writing blog posts, website content, working with designers on graphics and layout, and research. Hours are flexible and employees can work from home or on-site at our offices near John Wayne Airport in Orange County, CA.

This job offers an excellent opportunity for bright young individuals to work on both creative and technical projects for a startup company. You can expect to gain hands-on job experience in a wide array of professional categories including copywriting, content and article writing, project management, digital marketing, and website design. Additionally, youll be able to contribute your unique and original ideas to help build and develop a startup company. This job will challenge your current skills while also teaching you new skills that will make you an attractive candidate for a wide variety of employers in multiple professional fields.

Responsibilities
- Blog Article Writing - write punchy, research-based articles that keep readers interested
- Digital Marketing - learn and operate digital marketing platforms
- Build high-converting landing pages and web pages
- Create ad copy and images for driving traffic to our site
- Analyze marketing trends and use analytics to direct future projects
- Project Management - developing project schedule, delegation of duties/responsibilities
- Company Startup Experience - learn to voice your opinions and original ideas for a company - be an integral part of the company’s direction
- Come up with new article topics based on market research
- Research and Compile content
- Web Page Design - Research and Execution

Requirements
- College level Junior or Senior, or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred majors - English, Writing, Journalism, Communications, Business, Psychology, Health Science, Anthropology, Sociology
- Strong writer, both creative and research-based
- Excellent research skills
- Quick Learner
- At least 15-20 hours weekly availability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Additional Preferred Skills (not required, but may put you ahead of other candidates)

- Basic Knowledge of computer systems
- Graphic Design (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc)
- Wordpress or other Website design platform experience
- Previous experience publishing/writing with original content (magazine, newspaper, blog, freelance, etc)
