Job Overview

  • PepsiCo's eCommerce internship program is a 10-week summer program between June and August held in our Plano and Chicago office
  • Potential to spend time in our NYC offices
  • Opportunity to independently solve a critical business problem and contribute real value to a fast-paced and emerging team
  • Presented with a timely question from their team, challenged to think strategically, and engage cross-functional partners to provide a recommendation
  • Gain exposure to senior leadership, learn about the global PepsiCo organization, and build relationships with fellow interns

Compensation

  • Expected hourly pay range for hires into our 2024 campus intern openings is $20.50 - $39.60/hour
  • Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are factors in determining starting salary
  • Hourly pay for campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to senior managers in the development of various supply chain-driven initiatives
  • Interact with various functions on the eCommerce team including sales, finance, strategy, and marketing
  • Use data points and processes to develop strategic analyses and recommendations
  • Navigate cross-functional relationships to deliver foundational supply chain initiatives

Requirements

  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree in a business or supply chain discipline within one (1) year of internship completion
  • Maintain an overall GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.2 or higher
  • Must have indefinite right to work in the United States
