- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Special Events Intern.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution, working closely with our team to ensure successful events at PHL Airport.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of special events at PHL Airport, including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, and promotional events
- Collaborate with event team members to develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
- Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and preparing event materials
- Provide on-site support during events, including greeting guests, managing registrations, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Assist with post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, compiling event summaries, and evaluating success metrics
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detail-oriented and have a strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
