Tenna is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to join our Implementation & Warehouse Team. In this role, you will assist in auditing our inventory processes, ensure accurate data entry, and support smooth customer installations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in inventory, supply chain, and accounting careers. Compensation

  • Paid internship: $18/hour

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage inbound inventory, including picking, packing, and shipping as needed
  • Enter inventory data into QuickBooks, ensuring accurate SKU allocation and workflow management
  • Conduct audits to maintain inventory accuracy within QuickBooks
  • Assist with monthly cycle counts and physical inventory counts, working closely with the Finance Team for necessary adjustments in QuickBooks
  • Generate reports such as Sales and Inventory Forecasts
  • Ensure completeness of outbound shipments within QuickBooks
  • Audit Mechanic expenses, ensuring accurate coding and billing
  • Support the creation of implementation plans, gathering customer information, and compiling data
  • Audit Implementation deliverables for accuracy, including Asset to Tracker Match and hardware documentation
  • Perform ad hoc implementation tasks and projects as required

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping support preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop preferred
  • Knowledge of inventory processes is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with diligence and organization
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills
