Job Overview
Langan provides expert land development engineering and environmental consulting services worldwide. We are seeking a Civil Engineering Intern or Co-op to join our team in Tampa. In this role, you will support site feasibility studies, assist with design plans and specifications, and gain hands-on experience on land development projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering projects
- Prepare and modify engineering documents
- Use engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and equipment for project design
- Assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and topographical and geologic data for project planning and design
- Support zoning, ordinance, and permit assessments
- Provide field inspection services
- Collaborate with team members on project tasks
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
- Student actively pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
