Job Overview
Securitas Healthcare is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Engineering Interns in the field of Manufacturing Engineering. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $16.00 To 20.00 Hourly
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of work instructions for manufacturing processes
- Utilize 3D modeling and printing techniques to support production activities
- Provide production support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years to work in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in a 2-4 year university program/degree in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
- Overall GPA of 2.5 or above
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SolidWorks
- Experience with design documentation
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Concepts
