Compensation
- Salary range: $16.10- $26.90/ hour
Responsibilities
- Strict adherence to health and safety procedures
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Soil and groundwater sample collection in compliance with State and Federal standards
- Emergency response
- Operation and maintenance of remediation systems, as well as system upgrades
- Site characterization, hydrogeologic and fate and transport evaluations
- Contribute to remedial design and feasibility studies
- Data management (compilation, manipulation, and evaluation of data)
- Assisting with writing and preparing technical reports, work plans, letters, and memoranda
- Preparing cost estimates and proposals
- Coordinating work schedules with subcontractors
- Conducting project related research (historical data, regulations, etc.)
- Preparing periodic status/program reports
- Figure/map/boring log production
Requirements
- Pursuing a BS in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related science/engineering discipline.
