- Provide training and education on equipment operation and healthcare necessity

Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance according to standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment based on specifications and manuals
- Serve as a resource for front-line patient care areas and contracting departments
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of orientation materials
- Personal goals and team building success factors included in performance assessment
Requirements
- Certification and/or proven record of training in technologically advanced equipment maintenance
- Associate's degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, biomedical) or equivalent education required
- Thorough knowledge of technologically advanced equipment with minimum 3 years of experience (OR minimum 1 year experience with associate's degree OR internship with bachelor's degree)
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Proficiency in reading electronic schematics, blueprints, and troubleshooting manuals
- Availability for flexible scheduling based on hospital needs
- Knowledge and adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritize and handle high-pressure situations
