Job Overview
Dominium, one of the nation's most respected affordable housing development and management companies, is seeking motivated candidates to join our team. As a Resident Intern, you will work alongside Dominium employees and gain valuable experience in property management. This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your college resume and develop personal and professional skills. Open only to current residents of a Dominium-owned property. Internship dates: October to December 2023. No weekends, late hours, or commute required!
Compensation

Responsibilities
- General office and maintenance tasks
- Complete a Capstone Project
- Timely and regular attendance
- Display professionalism
- Ability to work independently
- Use learning tasks to grow an understanding of property management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Prefer students with high school graduation dates between 2023 - 2026
- Have met or are meeting minimum academic requirements for graduation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed people skills
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with computers and computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
