Job Overview
- Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise that teaches valuable life skills to children with Autism.
- Model combines Applied Behavior Analysis science with play-based learning.
- Goal is to help children grow into productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing their overall quality of life.
- Seeking playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians for full-time employment.
- Must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun.
- Hands-on training provided.
- Opportunity for 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
- Potential to advance career to become a Behavior Analyst intern.
Compensation
- Pay: $14 - $20 an hour
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Responsibilities
- Work in Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:30pm
- Two times per week, work in the clients' home 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
- Client material creation and preparation
- Directly implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of BCBA
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
- Record client data into Central Reach program
- Convert appointments into billing
- Write detailed SOAP notes
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
- Attend weekly performance goal meetings with the CEO
- Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities
- Cleaning duties
Requirements
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
