Job Overview
Adfinitas Health is seeking a Business Analyst for an internship opportunity in the Healthcare industry. As a key member of the Healthcare Analytics team, you will support the Operations, Quality, and other corporate teams by researching and developing reporting tools to enhance organizational productivity and efficiency. This is a 9-12 month internship role starting on or before Sep 1, 2023.

Responsibilities
- Effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Document business analysis deliverables such as requirements, workflow diagrams, and testing documentation
- Independently work on multitasking and problem-solving
- Research, gather, and manage requirements of technology projects
- Perform data analysis and visualization using MS Excel and data visualization tools
- Perform database reporting and maintenance in MS Access database
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Business, with a background in data analytics projects
- Minimum one year full-time or two years part-time experience in data management/analytics
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Access
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
